"Nobody knows what the future holds,
And it's bad enough just getting old,
Live my life in self-defense,
You know I love the past 'cause I hate suspense."
Merry belated Christmas! Today, or yesterday, I finally celebrated Christmas with my dad's side of the family. Christmas is my favorite holiday because I enjoy spending quality family time playing games or just talking over a plate of delicious hot food.
I knew that I'd be eating a lot, so I went with my thrifted one sleeve dress and I threw on an oversized cardigan to complete the look. To make my look a little more elegant and classy, I went with these heels I recently found on sale at Charlotte Russe! I finally got a pair of cute, and as my mom would say "burgundy!", heels that I can pretty much wear anywhere!
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and that you'll have an amazing new year!
What I'm Wearing:
Dress - Thrifted
Cardigan - Forever 21
Heels - Charlotte Russe
And now for my night...
We ate a lot of incredibly delicious food! As a pescatarian, I could only eat so much of what's pictured here, but omg... it was still amazing!
Our traditional log cake! I'm not much of a cake eater, but I'll always eat a slice during Christmas time!
And much love to these guys pictured above! They're always making sure that I'm okay and constantly taking care of me whenever I'm with them. And my cousins pictured below! Also, the dogs, Adolph and Shalom!
And some of the gifts I received! I feel very lucky and loved to have a family that cares! Shout-out to the Hoang's!
