I've had a lot of fun putting Vida Glow in various of my breakfast foods because breakfast is my favorite meal of the day! Because Vida Glow is tasteless and odorless, it was easy to mix into my foods and tea while still having a healthy breakfast with added benefits! Here was one of the breakfasts that I've had in the last couple of weeks with Vida Glow!
INGREDIENTS || 1 Banana, 1 egg, 1/2 a scoop of protein powder, 1 packet of Vida Glow
1// Mash up the banana in a bowl
2// Mix up 1 egg, 1/2 a scoop of protein powder, and a packet of Vida Glow into the bowl of mashed banana
3// Spray a pan with cooking spray (or a small bit of coconut oil for a healthier option!) and turn the stove on to medium-high heat
4// Pour 1/3 of the batter into the pan and wait for ~30 seconds and then flip and wait for another 30 seconds
5// Enjoy with berries or peanut butter for added protein! c:
On days that I don't have time to sit down and eat breakfast, I'll pour my Vida Glow into my mug of green tea to boost my metabolism or mint tea to help reduce bloating!
